Getting your account approved
If you are a charitable/non-profit organization, you can get your account approved as such.
To get approved, log in to your account, then go to this page, and fill out the form.
Once the form has been submitted, automated emails will be sent to the email address specified on the form. These emails will require the recipient to confirm their consent. Without this consent, the account will not be approved.
From the beginning of April 2026, approved accounts will get 1000 free credits that will be deducted whenever a paid-for ticket is sold. Each paid-for ticket issued deducts a single credit.
The 1000 credits are renewable for free every 12 months.
If you exceed the free credits, our service charges will be applicable.
