Ticketing.events platform can be set up to make automated broadcast calls to the attendees who opted to receive them.

These calls are set up on a schedule, up to five days in advance, and can be used for reminders, custom invitation, etc.

Note – this broadcast call feature is not available everywhere, and charges will be incurred depending on the number of people being called.

To set it up, go to the Attendees page.

Click on the Call button.

On the new page, choose the event to target the attendees from.

Click on Next.

On the new screen, choose whether to record audio from the browser, or upload a pre-recorded mp3 file. The duration of the audio file is limited to one minute.

You can test the call before proceeding to the next step.

After that, choose the day and time schedule, up to five days in advance; then enter a title to identify the broadcast call.

To make changes, scroll down to the bottom.

On the table, go to Actions > Edit. Other options include the ability to listen to the audio file or to delete the entire schedule altogether.

The table also shows the number of attendees scheduled to be called, and after the call has been made, the number of those who answered the call.
