Scanning Notes

You can enter notes to be displayed for specific attendees after their tickets have been scanned.

These notes can include data such as seating arrangements, special attendee requirements, etc.

The notes are shown on our Android and iOS smartphone apps after a ticket has been scanned and validated.

To set it up, go to the Attendees page.

Click on the Notes button.

On the Notes page, search for the attendee by name or ticket types.

Once a match is found, enter your notes in the Notes column.
