Ticket Delivery via WhatsApp

You can have attendee tickets delivered via WhatsApp. The delivery can be either exclusively via WhatsApp or together with emails.

Each WhatsApp ticket includes a scannable QR Code, the event’s information, and links to save the tickets to either Apple or Google Wallet.

WhatsApp Credits

To have tickets delivered via WhatsApp, you will need to purchase WhatsApp Credits. Each ticket sent reduces the purchased WhatsApp Credits by one.

Setup

By default, the app delivers tickets via email, but you can optionally or exclusively specify that tickets be delivered via WhatsApp.

If you want the tickets delivered exclusively via WhatsApp, tick the WhatsApp checkbox and leave the email checkbox unchecked. For either email or WhatsApp deliveries, tick both checkboxes.
