To account for those present in the venue, where people can enter or leave at any time, you can use the platform’s Movement tracking to scan and validate tickets when entrances and exits are made.

Each time a ticket is validated the app automatically logs attendees names, among other data.

Viewing attendees

To view present attendees, those who have their tickets validated, go to the Checked-in page.

Keeping your distance

Where social distancing measures are required, instead of scanning QR Codes to validate them, which would require close proximity to others, you can use redemption codes.

Redemption codes are short random numbers the app generates when attendees request for them by click on Redemption Code links in their accounts or tickets.

These codes can then be shared verbally, entered on a form, and validated for ticket authenticity, event privileges, and movement.
